PC Health

This subject is important to us and should be to you, too.

One of the most overlooked maintenance items in computing is the health of the PC’s. You will find that quite a bit of time and effort is put into making certain networks run efficiently, but how often do you hear talk about the PC’s themselves.

CSI believes in maintaining the individual computer. Consider:

●  When is the last time your PC’s were thoroughly cleaned: inside and out?

●  Do you know how many programs are on your computers that are no longer being used?

●  What programs run when Windows starts up, and do you want them to?

●  Are your programs up-to-date? Do you have all the latest patches and fixes applied? This is especially important for Microsoft products. We know how to get the latest patches, updates and fixes for your software and hardware.

●  When was the last time your hard drive was defragmented? Has it ever been? Less wear and tear on the parts means a longer life for the drive and less expense for you.

If you have a server-based network, where is your server? Is it clean and in a secure area?
